AndrewOW
I like that a lot. It looks like it could be Toyota's medium power Audi TT competitor. Nothing else. IMO.
tbourner
I like that dash, at least it's different! I wonder how long the zips will last before they start getting stuck though and won't let you get your DVD out! I like the heater control dials sticking out the side of the cockpit as well. SteveR
I just noticed the race circuit pictured within the dash display... interesting.
Gaz6002
Really? How does Ferrari and the likes get away with low bonnets? Is there a fine that they just pay, cause they can? It's a combination of all the dimensions of the car, and what would happen if you hit someone in certain situations. Thing is, the main advantage to using the Scooby engine was that it could be positioned really low, hence a great COG was possible along with that distinctive low bonnet. I personally don't think it'll change that much, but it's worth noting that the car pictured is still a concept.

They could always employ one of those instantaneous bonnet-lifting jobbies, and/or a bonnet airbag?

They could I'd imagine the price-point is wrong for that kind of modification to the design though. Plus, the idea is a 'lightweight sporty coupe' like the AE86. I'd expect them to shave as many safety features off as they can get away with.
Tricky-Ricky
Sorry but i find that quite ghastly, looks like the bastid love child of an R35 and a couple of Mazda's.
