Benyon
I rang sky and they wouldnt insure me because of the area too:( I wouldnt mind but my car is less likely to get stolen in this area. Im from clifton, ended up going with Adrian Flux.

Jamesy
A-plan have always been mikes better for me. But my renewal is up next month and they reckon all their policies are having a 15-20% increase.....so i'll be looking elsewhere i think
Neil-NA
A-plan are nowhere near as good as Adrian Flux. For me in this area they were over £300 cheaper, bear in mind the north west isn't the most upmarket of places lol

Benyon
I cant believe you're having trouble getting insurance what a piss take & must be very annoying for you, 12yr NCB and no convictions you should be paying peanuts mate. I was 23 when I got my n/a ended up going with Adrian flux as not many companys would touch me. Ive always had to pay alot for a car insurance because of where I live so I will list the companys I have been insured with on previous cars incase you want to try them *Elephant *Admiral *Bell (the above companys are part of the same thing but they will compete to get you the cheapest price) *Liverpool Victoria *Adrian Flux I think thats all of them over my 6 years of driving, Just to let you know im 25, 3 points, 1 crash being my fault(pulsar gti-r when I was 21) and im paying £1300 tpft thats the cheapest I could find over nearly a week of phoneing round. Was you at trafford centre last weekend in a wide silver supra?

gavin.starr
You could allways try admirals multi car scheme as you can mix and match your ncb between two cars, so you couls say stick 6 years with one car and the other 6 on your other every day car. Thats who im with and it made my insurance a lot cheaper. I had at the time my Supra tt Calibra 16 valve redtop Polo 1.3 genesis All insured for under a grand and im 24 with 6 years no claims
