Dnk
The NA really needs 2.5" diameter pipework and the Drager has if i remember correctly 95mm pipework which is 3.740" so way too big. The Super Drager is designed to work on the TT not the NA, sounds absolutely gorgeous on the TT, i have one Edited April 19, 2010 by Dnk (see edit history)
Suprab1
We have one of these on the evo. We parked the car up for a few month when it needed a clutch & it was only back on the road about 1-2 month & the super dragger back box nearly droped off. They are not stainless steel so they will rot.

My Drager is fine and well over 5 yrs old but yes they will rot and usually from the inside out, how old was yours ?

It was the hanger just before the back box that just broke of & left a big hole in the pipe

It was the hanger just before the back box that just broke of & left a big hole in the pipe Sounds like the weld possibly wasn't very good but that bracket breaking is a bit differant to the backbox falling off as you said earlier ! Did you have it suspended properly as that hanger is only really a support to stop side to side motion and not support the weight of the system. The back box wasn't on by much. What do you mean suspended properly? I don't know much about hanging exhausts but it seemed to be fine. Nic
If it comes with both decats, the first (nearest the engine) won't fit if it's come off a TT, the second decat pipe and cat back exhaust will fit an NA. I'd agree with Dunk a 2.5" exhaust would be preferable on an NA.
seamybaby
it only has one cat with it......the rear one...so it should fit ok? would it be alot noiser then because the diameter of the system?
aman00123
Not an ideal fit as most people have said, the best thing to do is to give it to me really If the rear one is the downpipe then it wont fit, if it's the midpipe you'll need to get a connector (if possible) to get it to fit the downpipe.... seamybaby
can anyone confirm if this will fit? it comes in 3 sections, front pipe looks like it bolts onto the first cat, middle section and single rear box..... meant to go and get it 2mrw,dont want to buy it if it is not correct........ thanks
Nic
Only the 1st cat (one nearest to engine) is a different fit on the NA and TT. If it is just the 2nd decat pipe and cat back exhaust (mid pipe and rear box) then it will fit. Pic of 1st/2nd cats along side a single decat pipe to replace them both Pic of 1st/2nd cats along side 1st/2nd decat pipes. Homer
You only need to be concerned if it's a system with a single 1st and 2nd decat pipe in one unit (as shown by Nic above). The 2nd decat and cat back exhaust systems are the same on all Supra's (NA or TT). The only difference is that the export (i.e. UK) spec models have a 2nd O2 sensor in the 2nd cat/decat, but these can be simply blanked off. If it was from a TT and is a 2nd cat and back it will be a direct fit onto an NA. Edit, On 2nd thoughts, Nic's post clears it all up anyway
seamybaby
can you pleasemark on the pics which ones will fit.....its been a longday....
Nic
The short section on the left hand side of this pic is the 1st cat/decat pipe, only this part is different on the NA and TT, everything else backwards is the same fit.
Nic
If you have a pic of what you're buying, post it here so we can see what's what.
