sauron Posted April 17, 2010 Share Posted April 17, 2010 Trying to remove auto gear lever so i can change the selector panel.have removed the plastic surrounds and undone the 4 x screws underneath that fix the whole assembly down,Cannot see how the gear lever is removed??? Edit, I've done this actually, when I replaced the leather on mine. From memory, the thing that holds it in now is the buttons . Put the lever in N, below the leather part is a plastic cover, slide this down to reveal 2 cross head screws, undo the screws and pull the lever off.
