stevie_b
Whilst trying to help someone with an overheating problem, it was brought to my attention by SteveR that my cooling system is missing one of the narrow hoses coming from the expansion tank cap (see post #31 in the linked thread for pics). My questions are: 1) is the NA supra supposed to have an overflow pipe? I presume it is but want to check, because mine *looks* stock. 2) Does anyone else have an expansion tank cap with only the one hose leading from it, or is mine an aftermarket part? 3) Can someone post a clear pic of what it's supposed to look like (i.e. where the overflow hose gets routed)? I found the attached pic by trawling through the garages on here, but would like a clearer pic if possible. Thanks, Steve Edited April 9, 2010 by stevie_b (see edit history)
chazuk
Looking at the post number 31 you are missing the overflow pipe its only going to work if theres a problem or your overfill your expansion bottle, na/tt are the same in this aspect , I bet keron has loads.
