James
http://www.myspace.com/KCHGH http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs472.snc3/25897_504912422693_339200132_153909_129103_n.jpg -------------------------------- My band KCHGH (our attempt at trying to spell the sound of static/white noise) have been busy working on our debut outing. "KCHGH are a "tech noise mash smash" mathcore band from Aberdeen, Scotland." "KCHGH continue to take the most technically proficient, diversely structured, complicated music to new levels as they progress as a band." Mixed and mastered by Ginge (http://www.myspace.com/pdaudioproduction) in his house (Dundee) Feb/March '10. Album artwork by Greg Fisher. Copies will be available for purchase as of the beginning of next week (April 12th). If you would like one please PM me! Comments welcomed! Thorin
How far apart were those songs recorded? I'm guessing in "Docks" your singer was about 12, as his voice hasn't broken yet? Was OK, not really for me I'm afraid. If I'm honest I think your singer lets you down badly, like so many new bands trying to make it. Animal
Not too bad, although I'm more with Thorin about the singer - he'd do well in a Black Metal band Quite like 'Backpack' & 'Trees' - quite a good sludgy drone in those. I'd put you more in the PowerViolence category though.
JustGav
Hmmm, must be getting old.... When I started KCHCG, I ended up checking my codecs and all sorts on my PC because I thought it was bust Music is one of those things I suppose, not my cuppa this but then I'm sure there are others that will enjoy it (namely my daughter as I hear stuff similar to this eminating from her bedroom when I walk past).. *pops off to put on something like big&rich *
marcAB10
Corral is just plain awesome! and Death is the road to awe.. well i just want that playing loud as i drive! lol I will say though, this needs a good speaker/bass set up to show it's real potential.. my crappy laptop ones really don't do this justice.
