Volkswagen Golf and the biggest hammer you can buy for the money left. Fun guaranteed.

*Edit, oh you already have a Golf, than just a big hammer will be enough.

:D

It's a fantastic car. Can be run on a shoestring too which is a refreshing change (I have expensive taste :D )

Been there done that :D

Had a 2.0 16v and a VR6 now, fantastic cars both of them.

deffo! i had a extremo quick G60, wasnt any plain G60 though lol ;)

well if u done the dub, u got a supe, own a golf.... dam boy what do u want haha

I wouldnt suggest a 300zx for the budget at £1k, you would end up getting 10 miles out of it lol...

i have an idea, go to piston heads, click on classifed, click on advanced search then type in your budget and spend some moments looking through! :p

I owned a couple of Supras, but alas no more (unless someone wants to sell me an NA with tax and MOT for £1K?! :D )

I spend alot of my free time on pistonheads and Ebay looking for my next fix :eyebrows:

Porsche 924 or 944, I have had both, great fun, cheap as chips, excellent build quality and its still a Porsche :)

;) Good choice, almost bought a 968 once but it wasn't enough car for £10K

A cheap 944 should be though :)
