I've walked past it once when I was going to see someone at Wembley Arena. It's quite a small venue for meets: you'd need to be really into car meets to travel from Yorkshire IMO.

 

Some of the meets have been superb. I stress *some*. I met some really cool friendly people.

 

Hate to sound like a snob but generally when the cheaper cars are invited, trouble is there. You know corsas and crup. In credit to the staff, normally the more pricey your car is, the more priority you'll have getting into the main car park - talking about these "everything goes" meets.

 

Must admit tho, very very easy to pick up girls there when you turn up in a cool car.

WTF was the driver doing? As everyone else has already said, it doesn't look that fast, he's on the wrong side of the road going the wrong way since before the roundabout, there's no other cars pull in front of him suddenly, there should have been more than enough distance to stop.

what a cock!! i got my car scratched at ace cafe really bad by a person who works there, complained but nothing come of it, so i might skip them meets too or ill forever be painting my car.

Looks like that driver was actually already out of control and heavily on the brakes before he even came into view on the camera. He's gone for a stupid overtake most probably in the 60 mph region, realised there's a roundabout in front of him and slammed on and then despite ABS has not been able to steer it anywhere other than into the bollard/van. Proper muppet moment that one, had he of been a couple of seconds later you'd of seen him stack it straight into that lorry.
