It fits in the space behind the seats and is held in place by the seats in the upright position. This will fit straight in when you remove the foam thing in your boot. It clears the spare wheel and fits under the boot blind. Great quality, and a must have if you want a sub! These are awesome and I sold mine for more than this, so get it while it's cheap!!
