Shane
I have had some interest from a Dutch member regarding the car I have for sale, he obviously would like to keep the whole V5 and I know from years ago when I was taking vehicles overseas a lot a V5 is essential, but where do a stand as I should by rights give him the new keeper supplement and send the rest of the v5 to DVLA. Or am I wrong and can I just send section 11 the export declaration to DVLA and give him the rest?
