Does Anyone Have an Unfitted Greddy Plenum Kit

I have a Greddy plenum and Q45 throttle body to fit to my car but I am missing a few of the brackets for things like the fusebox and the power steering reservoir. I know I am also missing the short length or wiring for the fuse box relocation too. I didn't know the kit came with these parts at the time so it was a slight oversight on my part

 

Ideally what I would like to do is fabricate the brackets before I start the job to save on downtime and hassle so if you have a kit sat around waiting to be fitted, please drop me a pm or post here as I'd really like some help regarding the brackets (up close photos etc)
