Miguel
I can see why TOTB has fallen out of favour with some, it has turned into a bit of a tuner fest. It used to be a really good weekend with a great atmosphere until it turned into a showcase for 'professionals'. Shame really.

Bobbeh
Same as the Jap events at Santa Pod, they just turned into OTT tuned dragged cars that didnt really represent road going vehicles. Tis the way it goes.

Yup, my car is never going to compete against the tuner cars, they are building cars to do a job, my car takes me on the tescos run. vase
It was a mile vase. Ok thanks. Some of the earlier posts gave me the idea that it was more than a mile. I guess that was just the language barrier.

Still got the great atmosphere guys, a lot of camaraderie still there, really nice event to attend, yes there are some very quick tuner cars there but doesn't mean you can't compete, as we happen to be RWD we still have a good chance in that section, a few quick vipers etc buit no reason a supra could not win the drag or top speed, its the only way to get proper competition, race other cars as fast as yours or quicker, sticking to club days in cars like ours is like I said shooting fish in a barrel, hardly proves a point being a hero with a gun when everyone else carries a knife:taped:
