Since its going to be around 9-12 months until i can complete my cars engine build, im looking to insure it against fire and theft only. Soop Dogg Posted March 31, 2010 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Adrian Flux do (or did) a laid up car policy. The last time I used one was about 4 years ago and cost me about £150ish for the Supe. It's for 12 months and you can't cash it back in at any point - you pay for 12 months and that's it - even if you only need it for 3 months. Worth having though in case the worst might happen.
