Kev.O
Yup - i do exchange basis too What about an exchange on the electric heated seat buttons? or some leds that I could put inplace of the bulbs.
heckler
What about an exchange on the electric heated seat buttons? or some leds that I could put inplace of the bulbs. I'd need to get the switch first! before i could do it...
Kev.O
So just to clarify, you have a trac switch and an active spoiler switch. Will the led's and resistors be different values in the two heater swites, or could I solder them in myself?
heckler
nowt stopping you doing it yourself!. i use all the same value resistors and same type LED's for everything, only thing that may differ is the size of the LED's
Kev.O
I definately have the bulb holder for the trac as I replaced it not so long back. Would you like me to post a picture of it or some like that?
heckler
I have a spare trac switch which has been mod'd...
tepster
Yup - i do exchange basis too so i give u my clock and u send me a nice blue one!! whats the catch??
heckler
so i give u my clock and u send me a nice blue one!! whats the catch?? Bit different with a clock, i just send you a blue filter, you fit it. But personally, bit pointless to just the clock... but with everything else, yup, i send you the mod'd stuff, you send me your stuff. Kev.O
I have a spare trac switch which has been mod'd... In what way Si?
heckler
In what way Si? Led/resistor soldered on - i keep most of the stuff (heater control/Cig. lighter/Window switch/Ign Barrel/Dash bulbs) already mod'd so i can send it out
Kev.O
So you don't have to mod the switch atall.ie drill out the hole for the led to go into? It's just a case of soldering the resistor and led into position?
