how fast is the Veyron

we all know its stupidly fast but i was just trying to comprehend how much faster it would be from another similar powered car.

 

with the guys doing the Thunder Road challenge i thought i would try to find some figures of the Veyron to put into perspective how fast it actually is!

but i guess it is a 16.4 even still its like a train!!!

What does the 16.4 mean though? Isn't it just a model number?

It's an 8 litre engine if you mixed that up.

the reason for the thread was because some of our top lads recorded 0-190 odd in 27 secs

16 cyilinder quad turbo, 8 litre , in short it has two 4l tt v8 bolted together

I recon thats why you pay 8-900k for a Veyron and 10k for a Supra, pluss you'll empty the tank in 15 mins with a Veyron on full song.

Don't forget though that most Veyron's on the road will be running 750bhp, as you need to pass Bugatti's course to get it unlocked to the 1000bhp.

Give your brand new veryon to Brabus with 500k and you can have it running 1200hp and lighter as every body pannel is replaced with carbon fibre pannels

You would still be look at around a 3 to low 3 second 0-60 time with 750bhp. Locked or unlocked, it's a very impressive car. Just way too damn heavy.

No, but Jamies does have 750bhp, which is the same as most veyrons, now the veyron will have more torque, but the Supra is a lot lighter, it would be an interesting race.

Veryrons have close to 1000bhp.... and run 10.2 1/4 miles.
