Fuel pump problem

Hey, i have a problem with my fuel pump. When i start the car, the fuel pump doesnt works.

 

I checked the connectors from the fuel pump and the fuel pump ecu and the ecu and the fuel pump have no power :(

 

I checked the Relays (EFI No2 and EFI Main) too.

 

Can anybody help me :search: ?

 

The car is a 96 Facelift TT MT.
