caseys
Has anyone on here been watching or seen Man Vs Food on the Good Food channel? It seems to be very compelling watching. Bloke travels around the US trying out the biggest eating challenges in the country. The other night he ate a 72 ounce steak, a jacket potate, side salad, prawn cocktail and bread all in 30 minutes. And no he's not mahoosive. It may be car crash compelling TV, but I'd recommend it. Weeknights at 9pm http://uktv.co.uk/food/homepage/sid/8225 And also for those that love KFC... I heard about this on the radio last night. The KFC double down burger (only released in the US). http://www.foodgeekery.com/reviews/double-down-with-kfc/ I think it's absolutely awesome. For some reason I have a compelling feeling to try and make one over here. Damn I'm hungry.
Willson
Man Vs Food is classic! The guy is really funny. How he's not huge I don't know. We watched him do the Atomic Wings last night, equivalent to eating 40 jalapenos! lol He was a state at the end Its rare to see a show highlighting the delights of unhealthy junk food Another good one was "The best thing I ever ate" - they have themes for each show - like "the best fried food", "the best desert", "the best sandwich" etc. That double down KFC burger is old news though and unfortunately not likely to be available here. I fookin love my KFC. Zingers Towers and Hot Rods are my fave but the Hot Rods are not available all the time The are currently doing BBQ Rods which are nowt special imo. Had a KFC Krushem t'other day, not bad, but not as good as a McDonalds Shake.
