New do-luck front bumper

Its in the bodyshop right now.Any opinions on what I should do ,where I should place the number plate etc?Also should I paint it all silver or go with black matt in the middle lower lip..maybe carbon fibre in there like Ravens car?What do you think?

Thats nice jamesy,now i know how mine will look,I can add the carbon later when I get fed up with too much silver.

just made up some 'L' shaped backets and tucked it back so the number plate is in the mouth bit more, then obviously bolted the brackets up and then bolted the number plate on..... meerkat SIMPLES..

 

if you want to know how the bumper is fixed on then its a long long story they are a pain in the arse to get correct and get all the lines looking decent.

I'd stick with all silver will look really smart IMO, and same make a small L bracket for your front plate, check my garage pics out for pics

with regards to aftermarket bumpers, are they a lot more hastle than they are worth? seems everyone is always fixing the speed bump damage, cracks and chips that happend all the time.

as regards to speed bump damage your always going to get the bumpers hit as the ride height on the supra is generally low.

 

the hastle is trying to get the aftermarket bumpers to fit especially around the headlight and getting the gap on the wings perfect either side.

Back in the day when I thought I'd be able to get my car with a Do-Luck front over speed bumps in London (uh, you can't...), I intended to go for black in the centre. Looks uber-smart, to my mind. Go for it!
