Right here goes :D

....As some of you know I've decided the tempatation of a single turbo Supra was too much and gave in!! :D

Have decided to go with the well regarded Garrett GT35R DBB turbo. The injectors (800cc) are larger to give headroom to get more power from a bigger turbo in the future..... :eyebrows:

*** UPDATE ***

Have changed plans as i want big power now so have gone for the impressive Billet 6765H DBB Turbo with .81 ar and custom race cams :D

All the work is being done by Lee at SRD:

http://www.supraracingdevelopment.co.uk//

And the mapping will be done by Ryan G at 2bartuning:

http://www.2bartuning.com/

My car is currently at BPU level so some modifications are already in place including:

* Walbro GSS 342 fuel pump

* Blitz DD Bov

* CW 1st and 2nd decat pipes

* CW R/Ring

* Thor FCD

* Blitz dual SBC type R boost controller

* GReddy FMIC

* Denso iridium plugs

* Oil pressure and Oil temp gauges

* Boost gauge

* HKS 50mm wastegate with screamer pipe :D

* Custom 4” XS Power stainless steel mid pipe

* 4" Stainless steel catback exhaust with Burns Racing lightweight muffler :D

Nice spec mate :) Good luck! To get a true 500RWHP at SRR with that spec I have a feeling you'll need it :D how much boost are you planning to run?

A single Supra will blow your mind, time to start counting sleeps lol

500 flywheel HP will do plenty for me for now dude!! :D

Think boost will be around 1.3 - 1.4 bar, maybe a bit more with eh BL autobox!

Cant wait :D

Oooh exciting :) I've had many a thought about going GT35R single too! Hope everything goes smoothly. Have you considered going for a larger a/r ratio to give a bit more top end? As obviously the GT35R will be pretty spooltastic anyway. Should be interesting to see how you get on with the OBX manifold as well as it seems very well priced but i've not seen anyone with one on here yet I don't think?

Hi mate, yeah the GT35R seems a great place to start.

Have looked at the a/r and spoken with Lee about it.... we're going to build it with the .68 for now, which will spool quicker than the TT set up does!! Then depending on top power we get, and if mores wanted, will prob go for the 1.06 a/r next time!

The manifold looks great, especially for that price and being stainless steel .... SupraHuman can vouch for it running in his big powered single!! :D
