David P Posted March 19, 2010 Author Share Posted March 19, 2010 I'll have the non-cruise control one if you decide to sell If I don't find a trade, and buy another, you can have first dibs, it's a good un I need the Tipronic buttons to control the Suprastick flappy paddle gear change, but since modifying the engine, cruise at 100mph is only 1mm pedal depression and cruise at 70mph is around .5mm. With such a fine tolerance, it has become difficult to regulate cruising speed. My Supra already has the loom, so now adding cruise control. He also informs me that he recently sold one to a member, but can't remember who. As my my first post.......... If this member is not utilising the cruise function, maybe he would be willing to trade with mine. Will see what Lexus has to offer, but starting to look like marrying the control arm to the wheel I have is favourite. No rush, will hold out for a while, have plenty of more important jobs to do. I would love to have cruise on my car, it is the one thing it is missing but I have never seen one with it. I know it is possible having read about the fly-by-wire throttle system having cruise capabilities, but just never seen a car in the UK with Toyota fitted cruise.
