cheekymonkey
OK I hated doing it but I refurbished my AVS Model 5s as they were getting quite tatty. Went for a new look - gloss black all over, then silvered the spokes. I really love the look but I realise it won't be to everyone's taste! Gaz6002
I'm not sure... it makes the wheels look mega-small, but it's certainly distinctive. It's the opposite of my wheels
cheekymonkey
To be honest the wheels look much better up close and personal, not too good on the photos. Nearly wen gunmetal but fortunately stopped myself in time

jevansio
Never seen wheels like that before so I'm not sure, sometimes I look & the tyres seem to disappear, but sometimes I look & it's looks like a distinctive & unique look

Ian W
Is it me or is the end of the spokes / rim not distinctively one colour or t'other? Looks a bit 'messy' in that last picture?
cheekymonkey
Correct, it's a freehand applied effect. Trust me it looks better in the flesh!

jim
I think they look great, but maybe some bigger tyres would fill the arches a bit more bud.
Ian W
I think they look great, but maybe some bigger tyres would fill the arches a bit more bud. And probably increase the rolling radius over standard I'd imagine.
jim
Ah, I thought that maybe they were low profile's, maybe it's the black lip on the rims that's making them look smaller.
