I have informed Goodwood that around 15 to 20 cars will be rolling up. I was talking to them about a different event and thought it best to mention it.

Cheers Branners. I was going to give them a call in a week or two to notify them/ask if they would not mind in accommodating a small gathering of cars.

Still all things go i hope?.. have not been interactive on the forum for a little while, as i have been sick. Anyway, while on the subject of goodwood, anyone going on sunday for the breakfast club, its "Sporting Family Favourites – four-seater fun" I think that bench behind the drivers seat is meant to be two extra seats so i guess supra's count.

Hi, by 1, just seen your post, (and this gives the thread a bump), have a look at my post 48 above, havn't heard anything from Rich but I don't think he is on here that often.

Any meet in the area for a joint drive up would be good.

Bob.

I'll let you know dude. The weekend this is planned is the only weekend I have free for weeks so I may need to get on with stuff at home that I've been procrastinating over.

Yeah, I don't get on here too often atm :(

I'll send Rich a text and tell him to check this thread :)

Fail! Well, either you or one of our mobile phone companies failed ;) :D

I am out as well on this one along with Dan above. :(

I've had a reminder leaflet sent through my door this morning that the Marathon is happening on the 25th April. Although not really a long distance jogger the leaflet was to remind me that my main road along with other surrounding roads around the Isle Of Dogs will be closed, so basically I am blocked in.

Not going to be able to make this I'm afraid......I'm having my turbos reconditioned.

Ah, sucks. Such a shame you can't be on this one, I'll have to find another cameraman/eating buddy.

Not to worry Abz, hopefully (providing all goes well) there will be another one towards the later part of the year.

One week to go now guys. Hoping many of you can all still make this as the weather has been on the good side lately *touch wood* Start Point is Dorking for 11am with an estimated leaving time of 11.30am on to brighton/goodwood.

Really hoping this will be bigger and better than last year. :)

One more thing, is everybody happy with the suggested route? I was speaking to 'Scottc998' and he suggested skipping out the branch of 'South Hayling' (Point 'C' on the map on Page 1 and driving down to last years stop off point in Brighton near the Marina, by Madeira Drive.

If we were to do that, it would increase the mileage by 20 miles or so and would look likethis.

There is also an option to stick to the suggested route and remove 'South Hayling' again, or just keep to the original route.

Just wondering what everybodies view is, as this day is for everyone I'd like many of you to voice your opinions.

Just to add can anyone suggest a good finishing point in Southhampton?

I might not beable to make this depending on how quick my mechanic can put my turbo's on and a few other up grades and MOT! goes in friday so fingers crossed!

What are you like?
