hks 2835 turbo kit

in 2007 new HKS GT2835R kits were buyable for £3500 if you knew where to get them.

This is priced around the current all genuine HKS s/h price.

Getting gaskets for the kit is fustrating, Ive been there, wouldnt like to be the guy who is fitting this one.

 

Yea you could get them from stillen motorsports in 2005.Then you'd have to pay customs another say £800 to £900 .

You could get the gaskets from http://www.sumopower.co.uk or

http://www.tdi .

Its only 2 turbo gaskets and 3 exhuast gaskets.:search:

 

If anyone wants this kit I'll get the gaskets for them or I'll sell the kit without the turbo's for £1250 ( the down pipes are the hardest bits to get ) then you can choose any 2 turbos you want.:)

Im actually pretty well grown up, but thanks for your concern. My suggestion would be to get a clue how the forums work. Get a sense of humour, and then get a grip on reality. However, im happy to let 'argy' continue to try to sell his superior quality merchandise :)

This kit is the manifold and down pipes that make this kit.

I will get my micrometre out to mesure the manifold branches

to show that they are no smaller than the ones in a single kit and not restrictive .I am willing to sell the kit with out the turbos ,then you can buy any 2 turbos with ancilarys needed for them turbos.

 

Seems to me that the forum is a popularatry contest more than a "car tuners forum" :search:

End of the day im not having a go or victimising, i just dont want a clueless new member to see HKS and think 1000bhp is there for the taking. At least a certain amount of honesty has emerged (after pushing by those in the know) that its not a genuine kit.

 

Dunno where all this talk of micrometers has come from, but still, if it makes you think you are funny, so be it :)

If you don't know what a micrometre is , then why are saying on all my my threads that my parts are no good ?And more to that if you don't know what a micrometre is than what are you doing giving poeple advice on cars ?

No. Maybe you can lend me the tool for messuring the cylinder wear.I mean I don't want to overquote on the mesurements of the parts needed to fit my parts .

Maybe you can recomend the rest of the parts needed for right air flow for the engine and the right pistons you'll need scince you know it all .

listen mate I am trying to get away from supras and i know what the tool looks like.I have built many engines before and have most of the tools to do so.Not to sound smart but I have'nt heard anyone on this forum mention clay in their rebuilds ?::search:

Unless of course......you already know the size of the combustion chambers? Did you read that link? Rednecks use clay when they cant access anything better. Most people do it the proper way - injecting a known volume of liquid into a sealed combustion chamber ( http://www.merkurxr4ti.com/chambervolume.html )

 

Im not being funny, but you have no idea what you are talking about, and im not going to argue with you any more. Engine building methods for Mustang engines dont necessarily translate to Supra engines.

 

Good luck with the sale of the turbo kit. Or the manifolds, or whatever it is you are selling this week.
