probrox
I'm looking to buy a pressure washer this week for the first big clean of the year. Just wondered if anyone had any reccomendations on which one to go for, or if anyone had seen any good deals about lately? I've only got a budget of about £100 so looking to get the best I can for that. Thanks

probrox
Thanks mate, just found that one on screwfix for £89.99 and looks pretty good. Are they known to be reliable? Anyone else?
merckx
I use mine with a snow foam lance from the group buy that Peter Richards did. It's useless at cleaning the car when you just put the typical shampoo type stuff in the small tank as an additive.

TopgunTT
What kind of distance do you need to park next to a tap to get the water supply. Do they come with fairly long hoses? I don't want to buy one then find it won't reach the car. I take it you have 1 hose that fits to the tap then goes to the unit, Then your longer hose that goes from unit that you spray the car with. Alex
Nilfisk C120 - Ali motor, less prone to failure than plastic ones (Karcher) I have one, from Screwfix and it's mentally powerful!

They all come with different length hoses from the washer to the lance. You usually supply your own hose from the tap to the washer so just get what ever length hose suits. JustGav
So far I've had 2 x B&Q cheapy ones (both of which *BANG* rather convincingly, with smoke and sparks and allsorts) 1 x Karcher (I bought it under the illusion that it would be better than cheapy ones, while it hasn't gone bang YET, it leaks, never turns off, pulses and pretty much is crap) Going to go with nil-fink idea next, see how long that lasts

I never realised you had to supply your own hose.
