terawua
ahh bugger.. I am gonna have to see this over the weekend now...
lust2luv
Saw it last night, very impressed, I think George finally did a pretty much perfect job of segueing into the original trilogy of movies. This movie is what everyone hoped Episode 1 would be, but of course it couldn't be, or else there'd have been nothing to cover in 2 and 3. Some of the acting is still truly dire, some of the lines awful and the Anakin-Padme relationship is still the least plausible in movie history, but the action and the special effects and the characters and the music just sweep you away on a rollercoaster ride. Anyone else go see it at Cineworld in Swindon last night? They had Darth Vader, the Emperor, a few stormtroopers, Boba Fett, Chewie and a few jedi wandering around the foyer. Oh and R2D2 and Yoda as models. All thanks to Luke Skywalker who lives in Swindon (fact!) No slavegirl Leia unfortunately...

Whitelightning
Hmmmmm slave girl Leia in the skimpy top
lust2luv
???? Mark Hamill?? Nah, a bonkers Star Wars fan who changed his name to Luke Skywalker some years ago. He owns a costume/memorabilia company called Skywalkers. He used to have a full-size landspeeder parked in his front garden.

He used to have a full-size landspeeder parked in his front garden. Lol, not quite the same! I saw it last night, and tbh i dont think it lived up to my expectations, it was a good film, but the dialogue was a bit dodgy at times, and there was far far too much special effects. Became amazing with about 45minutes to go though, really love the way it all sort of fell together and completed the series
BigRoy
I had a meeting in the cinema yesterday afternoon and Revenge of the Sith was on at the time so I had to watch it! Brilliant, loads of action, nice and dark and no flippin love story or jar jar blinks bloody crap! I enjoyed:D
salvatore
Considering my avatar - definitely a Jedi The film ROCKED, and i always wondered how Darth Vader got dressed in the morning
Dash Rendar
I was expecting dark and of course knew what was gonna happen... But this film just rocked my soul! This is certainly not one to watch when you're looking for some feel-good-factor. Palpatine rules! Erm, literally.
terawua
Saw it last night but was too knackered to post about it. All I have to say is as a spectacle of just sheer lavishness it is amazing the opening dequence was fantastic, but some of the dialogue is a little dodgy and spoils it slightly. Then again if you were trying to act against a blue screen being told that all the background would be added in later maybe it would make it a little more difficult! MrAngry
Went to see it today!! What an amazing way to finish of the saga. Very dark in places, especially the "Younglings" Will there ever be another series of movies made that can top it?
terribleturner
Watched it tonight. Brilliant. Nearly had a tear in my eye. In the film when Yoda jumps on the back of a wookie, i had Sabrina one side and another girl the other both go aaahhh at the same time.
