I'd like to know the answer to this too. Im thinking of getting it myself but after the disaster that was MAG Im not so sure. The only game I think comes near MW is Operation Flashpoint imo. It's not as good as MW but it's still a great game where as MAG just let itself down...by being shite. An awesome idea not very well executed.

At my brothers the graphics are good and the gameplay looks wicked, but i wonder what its like online:cool:

Meant to be good from what my work mates were saying online you play in teams of four against other teams of four. havent seen the game so cant comment really!

BC2 is based around team work in small squads of 4, compared to MW2 which is pretty much every man for himself in most public games.

Going 'John Rambo' in BC2 will get you killed rather quickly.

Once in a squad, you can spawn on a squad member should you die, there are several classes to choose from each with their own pro's and con's in terms of equipment. Squad members are highlighted so you can keep together during the game.

The great thing about the MP is that nearly everything is destructible, so if a sniper is hiding in a house you can use a 40mm grenade, RPG, Tank, C4, Copter, etc to 'reach out and touch them' :)

I agree with all of you to be fair, Bought it this afternoon for the 360 and i must say the graphics and some of the game play beat COD MW2 hands down.

On the other hand its a typical EA FPS Where your enemy's just appear from nowhere and then there bodies vanish into thin air, id say the story mode is roughly the same as COD in places but the thing that really got to me was all the Stop Start cut scenes, its like I load the level then walk 100 metres doing nothing then bam !! unskipable 3 minute cut scene lol doesn't have the same fluidity as COD but im yet to play it online. so cant judge that yet.

iv also noticed a fair few small glitches with the single player mode, like the inability to LAY DOWN !!! what's all that about ??? surely the have completely missed something there ?? and say for example you standing next to a wall with a platform on the top of the wall , you cant jump up there but you can magically use the machine gun up there just by standing next to the wall below it ?!?!?! they needed more time to sort silly things like that out. IMHO.

All in all id say its worth the £39.99 or £42.99 if you want the armour stuff or whatever it is.

Dont think anything will beat COD MW2 online for me , but im willing to try new things :)

Can't speak for the ps3, However i have both these games on xbox and in my opinion bad company wins by a long way. So much more you can do. Apart from flying helicopters, Driving tanks and armoured vehicles, Riding on the quad bikes and taking control of a remote control helicopter, The online play is fantastic. You have conquest, Gold rush, Squad rush and squad deathmatch :)
