CraigGilchrist
Where in the Highlands is that? I'm supposed to be snowboarding at Cairngorm this weekend, but it looks like I'm trapped in stupid Edinburgh as the trains are off, and the roads are so bad they aren't doing buses. (I'm aware of the irony of snow ruining my snowsports weekend, but I'm still pissed off!)

Ian W
Where in the Highlands is that? Pretty sure it's up near Alness, quite a way north of the Cairngorms (though I'm sure the Cairngorms have some cracking snow just now)
Septic
Not driving the Supra today That is UNREAL! London would be in chaos if we had that much snow! We are not prepared. For a second there I thought you were tricking us by using a toy car or something.
vase
It seems almost everyone has snow these days. Here in southern Finland it's becoming a problem especially when it starts rumbling down from the rooftops. And it's still snowing.. http://knuutti.1g.fi/kuvat/temp/696201924.jpg/full

vase
That damage is quite surprising Yes. Apparently the snow weighs currently around 150kg/m^2 here in southern Finland. Here is what came down from my roof the other day. I guess I need to start shoveling some snow. http://www.vasmo.org/temp/snow1.jpg http://www.vasmo.org/temp/snow2.jpg
