jazz1
Ok so im on pay and go monthly i dont like contracts. Anyways T-mobile are a con as i top up monthly and i ring people on other networks etc. Now if that person on a different network does not answer and it goes to their voicemail for 1 second i get charged 25p. So i decided to buy this bundle just now, which T-mobile do for 20 pounds and i get 300 mins and and unlimited texts to any network for 30 days. So it states 300 minutes not seconds. Anyways to test this i rang my other mobile network 02 and let it go to voicemail for 1 second yes thats right 1 second not 1 minute. Now i went back to check my allowance and it states i have 299 minutes left. How the fuck can they class 1 second as a minute surely thats a scam? im going to swear at them tommorow for ripping me off:rolleyes:
SupraD06
Dont they just round it up mate? I.e if your on the phone for anything between 1 second, and 1 minute they just charge you for one minute, then say 1 minute 3 seconds would be rounded up to 2 minutes. jazz1
I find that a scam really so annoying they should state it in big print before buying
Lbm
I'm on £15 per moth. I'm up to 3 moths already this week...so that's £45 in my bin. Right I'll start again...£15 per month with 02 simplicity - it renews every month like a contract, but I only give 30 days notice to exit. For my £15 monthly fee, I receive 300 mins and 600 texts. Also, have you tried phoning that voicemail again to see if they subtract another minute or if it stays at 299 mins etc?

n boost
I'm stuck in my t-mobile contract at present and last year it was per sec billing but know is per min! I normally never go above my allowance but since this permin billing i'm always getting screwed. I also paid extra to have all 08 numbers included in my allowance only to find that their i a list of 0845 0870 etc etc that are not included and got billed £30 one month for numbers that i though were included in my allowance! Thorin
I find that a scam really so annoying they should state it in big print before buying If they made all the small print big you'd need massive A1 sized sheets of paper for the rest of the text. No i meant the main bit like the per second is rounded of to 1 minute.
Thorin
No i meant the main bit like the per second is rounded of to 1 minute. It'll be in the small print terms and conditions.
