Frank Lampard Burgled

Class One

Recommended Posts

You heard it here first.

This morning at about 0330, Frank Lampard's house was broken into whilst he and his partner were asleep in the house. The suspects took a 42" plasma TV, and the keys to his Aston Martin DB9 and a Mercedes M wagon.

Through good team work and some help from Tracker, I found his DB9, and the Merc was found in Battersea.

And the best bit (for us) was that we caught one of those responsible.

Good work chap

So did you 'safety test' the DB9 before you gave it back? You know, just to make sure it wasn't damaged during the robbery?

Unfortunately, no, it was taken off to the pound for foriensification.

VERY nice car tho'

There was a copy of Nuts mag and a box of tissues in the passenger footwell!

Wonder what he's got that for??!!

Was any extra effort made due to the guy being famous?

Absolutely not. That would suggest we were in some way unprofessional. Our motivation is to catch the bastards who did it, not to gain favour with the high profile victim. The same amount of effort would be put in if it was Mr & Mrs average who were victims. Good teamwork paid off for this one.

Edited to protect the "innocent"

It certainly puts the Police in a good light on a day in which one of their own got praised for something the rest of us would get a prison sentence for.

As for "The same amount of effort would be put in if it was Mr & Mrs average who were victims". I'm sure everyone who has ever waited several hours for the Police to turn up in similar situations would take great comfort in that. I for one am going to be gutted if the police fail to recover my 12yr old Volvo with rusty wheel arches should it ever get stolen.;)

No knew it was going to be posted by the press bureau, and haven't passed any info that would compromise the case.

But just to be safe i won't comment further!

I think my previous post came across a little sharp....No offence intended, I just always thought that stuff like that was not supposed to "get out"

My mate is a police officer, and my sister a herion addict, He's not even allowed (or just doesnt want to) talk about what shes been up to :conf:

Like I said though, no offence intended, and keep the gossip coming :D
