Hi!

I hope one simple question about ignition!

If you change your turbos (for example stock twins) to a small less heat producing single AND only use same maximum boost pressure temporarely (for example 0.8bar), does it have effect to ignition map over 4000rpm? (when stocks working paraller). More fuel is needed but how is ignition? I am just trying to understand this thing in theory because i have to move my car at spring 2-3 weeks due work and can`t get it mapped sooner... :(

Sorry about bad english :)

Actually.. no :D

more simplified:

I want to know how heat of pressurized air (in turbo engine) have effect to timing , assuming afr:s are same (for example 11:1) :)

More heat = must retard timing?

Less heat = keep same timing? more advance? retard timing?

Just like to know how it goes in theory :D
