supra_aero
I get asked a lot what my old rx7 looked like so here it is and the old supe. Here she was in Japan before arriving..I could not afford the r34 next to it Here she was despoilered. Here she was after a double wax and clean; Here was me showing off at the Mc D's impressing the Vauxhall Corsa crew Here she was with the spoiler back on; Here is my old supra... bone stock when I got it (I hated it that way, sorry, the look had to go for me !) Looked ok, but the look just wasn't for me. So I had to change it to the aggressive beastie before I sold it.. Ironically supra is going back to stock look again from what I hear The irony of it all. lol As long as the new owner is happy is what matters Anyway post pics of your all motors - These threads are always fun (to me at least) Want to see pics of people's other motors
Ian W
Loving the RX7. If I could afford it, I'd be having one without question.
martini
Loving both those cars, a lot. I do like the Supra's bodykit... it's one of if not my favourite after market bumper. I'll post back in here when the 'mods' I am doing are finally done - something of a compare and contrast I suppose!
pistonbroke
That RX7 was very nice, awesome stance, though I doubt it was very user friendly at that height. I don't have any online photos of a lot of my old cars. Here's my old MR2 turbo

supra_aero
Liking the mr2s. Are they quick? Never been in one. Scott love the fact your run around is 106 gti. I loved my old 106 for flinging around corners. They are surprisingly good fun
Scott
Liking the mr2s. Are they quick? Never been in one. Scott love the fact your run around is 106 gti. I loved my old 106 for flinging around corners. They are surprisingly good fun Yeah its a nippy little fecker. MR2's are scary quick mate.... seriously. They are very very on edge cars and with a lot less power than a Supra can be very serious bits of kit. My MR2 was running approx 280hp with BPU mods similar to the Sup. The launching is easier due to weighing less and more of the weight being over the rear wheels. It is just an extremely quick and nippy car in general. You can in no way compare the MR2 with the Sup, the MR2 is the go-kart of the family and it does it very well. Scary scary cars at speed and on the limit though. If you lose the back end they are a bitch to get back, they are not made for drifting lol. I had my little accident hitting a kerb when I bottled it and lifted off the throttle (BIG mistake). In most cars you can get into a bit of trouble with lift off oversteer, the MR2 is deadly... plain and simple. I wasn't at the limit of grip in the MR2 when it happened, I was at the limit of my bottle lol.

supra_aero
Funny how we all start off with relatively poor motors and work our way up. Although some of these cars look quite shabby now, most of them were quite hot back in the day. I remember the old escorts, fiestas and astras being quite cool cars in the day. Chaos I was looking forward to seeing the supe at the end - v.nice vette - why'd you sell it may I ask?
