Audi A4 Saloon Or Avant(Run Around)

So im going looking at these 2 cars tomorrow at Audi Glasgow to see what one i like for my run around. They come in at about 22k+ ish OTR

 

Iv never had an Audi, so just wondering if anyone has got one or has driven any of them??

I've driven from older Audi A3's to R8's... Generally they are very solidly built. Heavy cars but they handle pretty well & feel light enough. Have you thought about the A6? I'd recommend this over the A4 (You can get them in the 2.0 TDi). Try going for a diesel they have a decent amount of torque & return fairly decent MPG's.

i did look at the A6, but i prefer the looks of these. MPG im not worried about as work pays my fuel bill, so just looking for something really comfy due to my Back Op.

 

Also got tools and stuff to Carry, not alot though.

i have driven a lot of them and imho id take the equvelant bmw everytime. from my experience i find the bme have alot more "feel" to the drive but thats just my 2 pence

Even more reason to go with the A6 mate! I found it more comfy, more smoother & generally better interior than the A4. Also the boot is pretty big in the A6, I am 5"7 (Stop laughing) & I fitted in the boot (don't ask why I did this!)

The A6 is nice, a friend of mine has one. Feels well put together and well equip. He's not that happy with it tho as its not exciting enough. I like the A5 myself.

avant are a very nice car to drive i drove a 1.9 tdi and i liked it better than my brothers 320d but thats personnal preference both are nice cars
