caseys
I think the only thing worth considering in the motor industry is specialist services rather than import/export business. I'm hoping myself to get save up some cash and learn mapping first as a hobby as I'm very interested in the field and then eventually maybe as a 2nd career. Would love to get into the motorsport industry but as many have said above, these sort of fields of business have been very hard hit with the recession, only the fittest and most efficient have and are surviving. If you have the balls to go with this venture, I wish you only the very best of luck chap.
Abz
I love my job in the office You get a healthy pay check, you go home each day with no worries about business & you get paid while sleeping, eating, going on holiday & when learning something new! Although would love to have a Garage of my own to fiddle with cars etc... but I'll still to the office job for now. Make sure you properly research what you are going into... like everyone has said it is a pretty diluted market.
