SupraStar 3000
For some unkown reason BT keep deciding to block my email by changing or deleting my password. Its happened about 5 times and everytime i have to sit on hold going through numerous security question to a indian call center only to be put through to another department or call back later ..... and around we go, on the crazy game i call BT roulette. Been without email for over a week now! Wan*kers

Smallshinyant
Well avoid Sky broadband, It has taken 6weeks so far to get broad band connection moved from last house. Problem is price is good with them. p.s. get a g-mail account and have everything forwarded.
edinlexusV8
BT are such a bunch of loosers! F**k them and change to BE! I am a BE Pro customer for 3.5 years now and have been on their 24MBPS line all this time and their 24/7 sales and technical support is amazing. I highly recommend, they also provides you with 1 static IP in case you have a server. I am also getting upload speed of upto 2.5 MBPS uploads! Nobody else can beat it on a copper wire! They have to go thru BT to get it activated so your not just having to wait on them its other companies too.
