hodge
It won't give a correct reading that way. It's best put in the cylinder nearest the bulkhead. Can't remember if that's number 1 or 6.

Lee P
It will read too low In the turbo, best place is number six runner about an inch from the head. You can do this without taking the manifold off.

Jurgen-Jm-Imports
bit of an update.. all the parts have just arrived (took a while but they are now here) so we can get moving fast now.. this is how we are at the moment... all the old turbos removed with intakes and all the other gubblins. new cam pulley, new timing belt, titan crank pulley done, manifold on, new FPR. a lot of the interior bits have been done but car is at back of workshop so these pics will come soon (sp car is very dusty and dirty).. all the brakes have been fitted all round k-sports 8 pot fronts and 4 pot rears. lots of progress will be done in next 2 weeks.. the stance the car has (tells you dont mess with this car) just looks so mean - even when the car is not complete. the fuel hanger looks amazing. nice pumps and bum 850bhp please

hodge
Remember the manifold isn't tight neither is the wastegate. You need to get a bolt turned for the rear oil feed hole. A flange has to be made for the AICV and welded to the plenum. Intake temp hole has to be drilled and tapped.

hodge
It needs to go through the bodypanel behind of the light due to the position of the throttlebody. It can't go anywhere else.

It can't go anywhere else. it should still fit as we have left some room by the side of cover, if not, its not a big issue we can remount or adjust after all. Ryan.G
Nice work matey Just a quick one is the fuel hose you are using for in the tank designed to be submersed in fuel. Most fuel hose is not and one of my lines expandable loads and split. Worth grabbing some aeroquip hose for it or some gates submersable hose which i believe dandan has some spare of. Ryan am not sure of the design or layout (my mechanic is doing it) also i have to speak to my mechanic about all the fuel lines as they were supplied by MVP dusty (so am sure he has sent the right stuff). but i will double check.. when are you back mate ?
