Mcvites69
Hi as anyone got a pair of front j-spec caliper carriers with non seized sliders at all ? I need them to get my supra through its MOT , that all it failed on was front pads , so i got some new pads and what you know both top sliders are seized solid, tied a blow torch and brut force but no good and don't want to break one in the caliper holder. If anybody has let me know how much please. Cheers all.
HadeS
I had this same problem but I'manage to do it by my self. Take off rubber, spray it with WD40 and leave for 1 min. Then try to move bolt with good extended spanner, move few times up and down and then turn around untill is nice and smooth. Take it out, put some grease or even oil and put back on. That will last for long.
