Mas
Im moving in my new flat in London now and today thought could take the supra to see how I get on with the road humps etc on my way home! All OK until reached the drive way and its way too high and I managed tocrack the bumpr badly, usually have similar problem getting into drive ways but coming out is fine usually so I try to reverce into the drive way too avoiding to scrape the front end. But both ways its just not possible!!! do you think I could get the council to drop the cerbs abit for me?

Bad luck with the bumper though & I don't think you have much luck with getting the council to drop it any further either but if you don't ask you don't know. Once again as helpfull as ever for ya

barneybrendan
can you not make some sort of removable ramp and leave it at the end of the drive,a pain but gets you in and out.

Thought about this too but Im on the main road and right next to abus stop!!! Actually the bloody stop caused the drive t be higher than all the others on the same road, probably to make the curbs level with the bus door etc for people to get in and out the boss easily! Is the kerb to high, slope to steep etc Slop too steep mate, in and out is impossible unless I raise the car and make it like a landrover and get a stock bumper too . Abz
If you phone the council, chances are they will get someone round to raise it more higher & then most likely cock it up & then the only way your neighbours will be able to get out is with a Land Rover! If your having a lot of trouble, then your welcome to swap with me... honestly don't mind
absz
you can always fit some adjustable coilovers and have the ride adjusted as high as it go's:d

jimbo482
I don't know if it helps the builders used to put down a couple of scaffold boards for me to run up into my driveway when they digging up the road in front of the house?

supra_aero
Think ramps kept in the boot is the best idea. Who cares if it takes 20 secs to put them out, I'd do that. And its good to be back on the forum after my 3 month absence.

You didn't know where they came from did you? or maybe keep them just inside of the entrance where the flats are? maybe...
