Guest Rays the roof
Took this off my car as an experiment to polish and me thinks it looks good. As it is steel I have coated it with a protective lacquer to eliminate the need to keep polishing. I can do more if anyone fancies it. Will look good with the polished brake cylinder

Guest Rays the roof
Is there anything you won't give a polish to Ray? A turd, though I've tried a few... your helmet matt ha ha Tried that but the cheese kept blocking my machine. how much did you sell that for?? Waiting for a bill of my painterman, but will be about £110 delivered on exchange Price price price £110 ish to my friends; so that's £120 to you Hodgemeister. Are you not happy with you big white one... I'm also intersted in one of these Ray! Will try and get a spare off Keron, Jez to minimise waiting time Interesting Are these easy to remove and refit? There is one tricky bolt, otherwise a piece of piss. Well I removed it so can't be difficult Will post firm price up tomorrow for both items! hodge
To remove it you need to drop the steering column down inside the car (4 bolts), remove the stabilizer bar from steering column to brake pedal bracket. Remove 4 bolts to brake pedal bracket and remove brake pedal bracket. In engine bay remove brake lines from master cylinder, then 2 master cylinder bolts. Take master cylinder off then it comes straight out.

Guest Rays the roof
To remove it you need to drop the steering column down inside the car (4 bolts)....the manual doesn't tell you this bit, which is why I took 20 minutes to get the one stabiliser nut off. But there is a trader on here who specialises in wheels so I will not tread on his toe's. Guest Rays the roof
Do you think that will rust on a car kept outside? interested in one but dont want to change if it rusts. Also ray do you do chromed PS cans? They are in a fairly low aggression point compared to FMIC plate etc and I get them lacquered with an expensive heat cured material which contains an anti-oxidant. I anticipate they will last a good few years. please pm me price to do one:) Will do matey! I would be interested please Ray.... could you possible request a group buy of these?? I am sure they would sell.... Problem is I would end up with 5 or ten units after everyone has there's. So I have bought a spare which will be here next week to reduce turnaround time. Alternatively if you can do without your car for 10 or so working days send me yours to do.
