The-Plethora
As an addition to this I wouldnt mind knowing what thread pitch locking wheel nuts the supra uses e.g. 1.25, 1.50 etc, bought some for the old car and it was a pricey mistake. nevins
pitch is 1.50, and after market alloys will have a 60 degree seat on them. Also if you are after tidy nut go for Ultralite.
merckx
M12 x 1.50 Look for tuner wheel nuts, they're narrow and are supplied with their own tool instead of using a normal socket which goes over the nut. Loads of them on Ebay. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=p4712.m38.l1313&_nkw=tuner+wheel+nuts&_sacat=See-All-Categories Edited January 28, 2010 by merckx (see edit history)

Geo
is there steel ones available?? Who else is running Ultralite ones, been speaking to jamie and he's running titanium ones, but i dont fancy spending £100+ of wheel nuts, just wondering if any of you guys have had any problems with your wheel nuts?? cheers
magictorch
Fitted Ultralite ones on mine today, came with the my Rota Boost Drifts..... i was already aware that they are a bit soft and i bought a longer thin walled socket so that they dont catch as they are a tight fit:)

shh
been running ultralite steel wheel nuts for 3 years, no probs, i got the star key type in chemical black, dont get thestainless, they are crap, the alloy nuts must be put on with copper grease or they react/corode to the stud, all alloy nuts need extra care, dont over tighten etc, they will stretch. the ultra light steel nuts in chem black are only 90p each!! from spd autos

Kirk
all the ultralite nuts are alloy as far as im aware.. my personal choice would be muteki open ended nuts, forged steel and super strong but light weight at only 25g... the closed end type are 36g. to be honest though i doubt they be much use to you as the locking key is quite large Edited January 28, 2010 by Kirk (see edit history)
