I am trying to order a new phone, i registered with the o2 website last month and im having problems going to the checkout because i need to enter my username and password along with a 4 digit security code? I have no idea what my security code is?! i certainly dont remember the 4 digit code sent to me on my mobile! looking up in the help it says,... I'm having problems with my security code for the online shop/account, what can I do? Common problems with your security code for the shop/account.. As default your security code is created for you as 0000. This can be changed within your personal details. osso Posted May 15, 2005 Author Share Posted May 15, 2005 Arrgghh i just wanna get a new phone! ffs. who would think ordering a phone online would be so difficult?! o2 are doing good deals at the mo tho. samsung e720 for 19 quid.. then for 19 quid a month, 50 mins voice calls, and 500 txt messages free.. sounds pretty good to me anyways.. at this rate im gonna stay with orange. Guest Choctastic Posted May 15, 2005 Share Posted May 15, 2005 No idea, but be careful, when i ordered my phone online it said the order didn't go through, so I phoned them up just to make sure it hadn't and ordered it that way...one week later I receive two phones on two different contracts...now that was fun to sort out!
