Just send them with a nice blank cheque and they will be back in a week or so (minus the cheque). Name and shame! yeah, that Not naming, but I will add the buyer was not 100% happy with one of the items I sent, so I gave him (or could be a her) a full refund. In hindsight......... If you do, maybe the postman lives at the top and only realised he still had your parcel when he got home. Obviously the quickest way to get it down to you was to drop it, and bang, bust it.
