dr_jekyll
im big into 80s rock music at the moment. iv decided its better and genarally more "feel good" than the majority of the gash made these days so im making an 80s playlist for myself but seeing as i missed most of the 80s by not being born i was looking for suggestions

deathmonkey
Agreed on the 80's! I'm massive into the 80's at the moment - not so much the rock sort though, although I do like the odd rock moment . Watching the 'business' (love that film) has got me back into it all. Well, that and the fact the ex loved her 80's. I was definitely born too late (86!) should definitely have come into the world into the early 70's! stevie_b
What about 80s synth pop? New Romantics? My mind's gone blank, all I can suggest at the moment is New Order. Culture Club, Adam and the Ants, etc set the tone as well.
