a98pmalcolm
Sorry if this is a repost! I know making a car look like a different car isnt that cool! But this is bloody impressive! Just the custom work that went into it! Calibra into a DB9! http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=21418

Gaz6002
It's an abortion. I'm sorry, but it looks nothing like an Aston.
dr_jekyll
verry good work but why on a front wheel drive POS calibra. in all fainess a supra would have been a much better base car, its similar in size and basic shape and the drive it at the rite wheels. and if you oneday wanted to slide a v12 into it you could . but some nice craftsmanship never the less

Scott
Other than the headlight shape that doesn't look like a proper Aston, in fact it is a mile off. The side on angular profile just looks miles out. The biggest problem with doing this to a car is the proportions aren't right and it shows a mile off. Angarak
The finished article was painted black, not sure if they left the vauxhall dash in.
stevie_b
That looks quite nice. As one of the links said it wouldn't fool a serious car nut, but then if it could, Aston Martin's designers would have to answer some very searching questions from their management. Quite compact in fact, and all the better for it. It's a fabulous car. My Calibra on the other hand was a pig.
Matt H
I don't know why people have to jump up and down on these types of things. While does not look exactly like an Aston, and the majority of people will see that a mile away, it's bloody good job. A lot of hard work and I'm sure something most people couldn't even imagine achieving with a Calibra sat in front of them.
