Guest Rays the roof
Just polished 2 TT air pipe no.1's and there is a big difference. Is this Jap V UK spec or Supra V Aristo? I am guessing from owners manual that the bottom pipe is the Supra...? Thank you. Ramondo (on the pipes......!)
Guest Rays the roof
And why is there a little man on the surface of the top pipe in photo 2? Is it a little Japanese man?

TrickTT
Top pipe is from a j spec supra, air inlet pipe to the 2nd (rear) turbo, the large take of pipe on the side goes to the idle air control valve, and the 2 threaded lugs hold the heater matrix supply pipe. Bottom pipe is the air inlet to the 1st (front) turbo. The smaller take off pipe is part of the engine breather system. Not sure if they are the same on uk spec and vvti's though. Guest SupraGTE
what i can quickly see is that all pre vvti should be the same jspec and espec, vvti tube pipe N02 has a different PN , this was a fast look there is allot of subs PNs made. for this pipes, they have been different part numbers in the past but been created into only one number maybe different suppliers etc example Tube No1 (the on closest to front) i get 6 part numbers for but all linked to 1 Part. if you want more info you can call me at +32477638490 the parts in picture is tube no1 and no2 the no1 is the lower one cheers Edited January 27, 2010 by SupraGTE (see edit history)
