carl0s
Take five £20 notes, tear once peice from each note. Selotape all five peices together to create a sixth note. Hey presto! £120! Background info: I just went to pay for my petrol and when I handed the notes from my pocket to the clerk, he shouted "Pedro!?" or something, and held up my note which (unbeknownst to me) had a great big corner missing from it! Pedro (or whatever his name was), told his buddy to carry on.
Getrag
That sixth note will have diff numbers surely and different marks.

carl0s
well there may be a bit of skill required y'know.. the tears will have to be exceptionally well done, and yes you won't want to tear through the middle of the serial number or use different 'types' of £20 note, but you get the idea! Anyone fancy doing a trial run and posting up the pictures?
Matt T
So you will end up with 5 notes, a fith too small? There is no way that would work surely

Jake
That's stupid. Who in their right mind accept a £20 that was 5 bits sellotaped together?
carl0s
That's stupid. Who in their right mind accept a £20 that was 5 bits sellotaped together? Trust me on this one. If you tear a £20 into five peices, and then sellotape it back together how it was, it will still be usable. I've seen taped up fivers loads of times! Matt T
Taped up from tearing in half maybe, not in fiths! lol Besides i could think of more reliable ways of making a score

carl0s
you could of course apply this same theory to THIRDS. (turn £60 into £80!!!) Halves is pushing it a bit I think.
tepster
F**K that.. use a nifty!! turns half a monkey into 300 beans! (use a fifty pound note for this and 250 english pounds becomes 300)
