Help with wheel colour choice

car is changing slightly already has new headlights, Will also be having a standard front with active spoiler and oem skirts and spats

 

the wheels i love but they need refurbing badly, its being done a week today but i am unsure of what colour

 

im favouring a silver right now quite a bright silver as opposed to dark greys or blacks

 

but what do people think

Black would look the nuts but a lot of people who have black cars are putting black rims on them so maybe a nice shiny silver like you say would look good as well

I would say go with a dark colour, if you don't want to go black, what about a gunmetal colour? I reckon it would look really nice against the black.

 

I recently refurbed my alloys to all black, have a look in my garage.

having seen a few black cars now with white wheels it can sometimes suit them, looks especially good at night.

 

Of course a complete PITA regarding brake dust tho

They look alright the colour they are. Anything but black on black though, you need something to break up a blanket colour.

Gloss black make the tyres look grey, gunmetal i say.

I like them how they are to be fair, although I can see why people would say gunmetal.

 

To be fair, imo, any of those colours you've listed would look good with a black Supra?

decided on silver is the same silver used on the ferrari 360 so is really fresh and bright

I like the silver. I would have maybe picked gold though. Gold wheels on black look sweet.
