Need4Speed
I finally got bored with always switching off the TRAC today and pulled out the fuse. The "Slip Control Off" light and the "O/D Off" light flash alternately. Is this normal with the fuse removed? I put it back in as I'd rather switch off than look at a christmas tree dash. Need4Speed
Cheers - maybe I'll just take out the bulbs as well.

I was going to rig up a toggle switch that cut power to the trac ecu (same as pulling the fuse) and switched out the bulbs as well, so I could use this switch as a kind of "master override" switch, but I couldn't be arsed... Guest Terry S
FWIW John the ecu will still back off the timing with the TRAC switched off. Better to pull the fuse & bulb.
