Maybe good idea to check for the source of the noise without the induction pipe. The turbo boys will know better, but maybe the bearing is shot. Chris Wilson Posted January 19, 2010 Share Posted January 19, 2010 It's the exhaust gas control valve linkage rattling itself to death `cos you have mucked about with Toyota's multi million pound set up to take it back to the dark ages. Hold the arm on the valve steady with a long screwdriver and the rattling will stop. It's low down at the front, sort of under the middle of the turbos. Put it back as Mr T intended before the arm snaps off the control valve. (Actually, no, leave it, I have one to sell..... ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
