Ian W
Just spotted this on http://www.itr-dc2.com and thought I'd show you lot over here to see what you thought. May be worth it for cam covers / dash panels etc? CLICKY Sorry if this should have been in 'off topic' Here's an example: Edited January 17, 2010 by Ian W (see edit history)

Abz
Oooh looks nice! Is that a cam cover off a B18A? or a B16A? Would be nice for dashboard, bit different from the carbon!

If I had spare cash lying around I'd do something like this to bling everything up, would even do my phone! Ah they all look the same anyway

pistonbroke
Its water transfer process, Nic used to offer a service ages ago for carbon effect dash surrounds. I asked for a quote from wtp-technics, spoke to a fella and sent him pictures of the parts of the dash. He never got back to me though. Stonkin
will do Hodge, if its silly price im going to order the fabric that blueangel has put a few posts about, im sure it will be a lot cheaper and i prefer the matte type finish of it, for a dash anyway, plus i quite enjoy doing that type of thing i also mailed http://www.wtp-technics.co.uk for a price to

Stonkin
See i definetly prefer the fabric to the look of the water transfer process which i presume is what the companies in this thread would produce to. It looks too, plasticy, no sort of feel or depth to it. No offence by the way Nic Havent heard back from either company yet and getting bored so will most likely just order the ebay fabric and get cracking
Stonkin
Have ordered the fabric and glue
deathmonkey
Have ordered the fabric and glue Sorry if I'm completely off the mark - was that the 'flocking'? I love the idea of that. Sorry if I'm well off!
Stonkin
No mate, its the carbon fabric that is stretched over the panels and glued down. Blue angel has posted a few threads on it. Its the same stuff found in bmw's for example. Had a reply from dip-tech asking which panels so i have sent them a pic to still get a price for anyone interested. jackso11
Just an idea for this water transfer process. I want plain satin black and this look like a very hard wearing finish....maybe we could get a group discount?
Stonkin
well as soon as i get a reply from them regarding the price of doing a supra dash (even though i wont be doing it now) i will also ask them if they are interested in a group buy for the club
