HadeS
Hi. Long story short. I bought my supra about year ago. I've put insurance on my car @ 1400 pounds. After about 6 months I decided to swap insurance to VW Polo to save some money for some upgrades. After 3 months when I tryed to come back to swap insurance back I have heard there is no possibility to put it back on. I have no claims at all and no idea what cause that. The problem is I'm thinking about coming back to home (Poland) on the end of February but I have no chance to get Insurance on my car. I have tryed all the temporary or day insurance but to do it I need to be 24. I'm 23 and 8 months old and thats no enought. To the point. I'm looking for some Trader or any one who could put me and my car on the insurance for 2-3 days what would give me chance to go back home. All advices are welcome. Regards Michael. DSK
IIRC correctly, for a trader to do this, I think the car has to be registered to them in the first instance. If I am correct, then that means your V5 will be in the traders name........ To be honest I doubt this will be an option for you. Looks like you will just have to phone pretty much every insurance company until you find one that will cover you.

How about fee for cancelation? Is it some kind of % from whole amount?
monsween
Im not entirely sure but i think if you do it within the 14day period its free cancelation. IE Free insurance for 14days. Dont quote me on this however
